    Landlord Credit Bureau was founded in 2012 with the goal of improving the businesses and lives of landlords, property managers, and tenants.

    Landlord Credit Bureau, founded by a retired RCMP officer who specialized in fraud prevention and a former corporate lawyer turned digital entrepreneur, conforms with, and in some cases exceeds, the protection standards of governing legislation. Landlord Credit Bureau provides a Reporting Agency in Canada and the United States, assisting both landlords and tenants.
    Frustrated by their personal experiences, the founders recognized that the relationship between landlords and tenants needed to be improved. Landlord Credit Bureau is now focused on boosting revenue for landlords, rewarding responsible tenants, and lowering the risk for both.
     
    Landlord Credit Bureau's robust reporting platform enables landlords to drive and reward good tenant behavior. Tenants can build a positive Rental Record while using their largest monthly expense to build credit.
     
    The trademark Tenant Database, combined with persuasive features such as monthly credit reporting, helps responsible tenants stand out and enhance their credit. Less desired behavior, such as late payments, owing bills, or property damage, can now be reported to enforce accountability.
